研究目的：

探究运用吲哚菁绿辅助下的行腹腔镜胆道探查术的患者，是否可显著减少胆总管打开时间。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether laparoscopic bile duct exploration assisted by indocyanine green can significantly reduce the time of opening common bile duct.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）彩超、CT、MRI 等诊断胆总管结石或合并肝内胆管结石可行取石术；
（2）肝功能 Child-Pugh 评分 A 级；
（3）ASA 1-4 级；
（4）同意参与本试验并签署知情同意书.

Inclusion criteria

(1) Ultrasound, CT, MRI and other diagnoses of common bile duct stones or complicated with intrahepatic bile duct stones are feasible for laparoscopic bile duct exploration;
(2) Child-Pugh grade A;
(3) ASA grades I-IV;
(4) Patients who agree to take this trial and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）对 ICG 制剂过敏或碘过敏者。
（2）肝功能异常及肝功能 Child-Pugh B、C 级。
（3）合并肝脏病变需要切除肝脏。
（4）术前考虑恶性病变患者。
（5）有其他脏器功能障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients who are allergic to ICG or iodine.
(2) Child-Pugh B, C grades.
(3) Liver resection is required.
(4) Patients with malignant lesions should be considered before operation.
(5) Patients with other organ dysfunction.
