研究目的：

探究丙泊酚与依托咪酯用于冠脉搭桥手术麻醉诱导对患者左室长轴应变及其他心脏功能指标的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of propofol and etomidate on global longitudinal strain and other cardiac function indexes in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄≥18岁
2. 行择期冠脉搭桥手术
3. 签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged≥18 years old
2. Undergoing elective CABG surgery
3. Sign informed consent

排除标准：

1. 术前需IABP或ECMO辅助循环
2. 合并中度以上瓣膜病变或心内膜炎
3. 合并其他心脏手术：瓣膜手术及主动脉置换手术
4. 既往心脏手术：需要打开心包的大型心脏手术
5. 严重心律失常：快速型房颤、房扑、室速、室颤、Ⅱ度和Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞等
6. 困难气道
7. 对丙泊酚、依托咪酯、舒芬太尼、顺式阿曲库铵过敏酚、依托咪酯、舒芬太尼、顺式阿曲库铵过敏

Exclusion criteria：

1. Need IABP or ECMO to assist circulation before surgery
2. Moderate or severe valvular disease, endocarditis
3. Combined with other cardiac surgery:valve repair surgery, replacement of part of the aorta
4. Previous cardiac surgery: major cardiac surgery requiring opening of the pericardium.
5. Serious arrhythmia:rapid atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, ventricular tachycardia, ventricular fibrillation, second degree and third degree Atrioventricular Block, etc
6. Difficult airway
7. Allergy to propofol,etomidate,sufentanil or Cis-atracurium
