探究脓毒症患者红细胞分化和成熟异常与脓毒症PICS的关系  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the relationship between abnormal erythrocyte differentiation and maturation with PICS in septic patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

脓毒症患者:（1）入住急诊重症监护室，符合Sepsis 3.0诊断标准；（2）年龄18岁及以上（3）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with sepsis: (1) admitted to the emergency intensive care unit, fulfilling sepsis 3.0 diagnostic criteria; (2) Age 18 years and older (3) signed informed consent.

排除标准：

(1)年龄小于18岁;(2)治疗未超过24小时死亡或出院者；(3)同时参与其他研究者；(4)不愿意提供知情同意的患者（5）存在可能影响红细胞检测准确性的因素。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Were younger than 18 years of age; (2) Those who died or were discharged from the hospital within more than 24 hours of treatment; (3) Concurrent involvement of other investigators; (4) Patients who are unwilling to provide informed consent (5) have factors that may affect the accuracy of red cell testing.
