1、评估高原不同海拔地区人群的臭氧暴露水平; 2、掌握不同的缺氧状态对常驻/短居人群的健康影响规律; 3、厘清臭氧暴露对缺氧造成的高原性疾病和高原适应症的交互作用和生物学机制; 4、提供有效控制和降低高原常驻/短居人群患高原性疾病和高原适应症的科学依据。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Assessing the level of ozone exposure in people at different altitudes in the plateau; 2. Understanding the health effects of different hypoxia states on resident and short-stay populations; 3. Clarifying the interaction effects and biological mechanism of ozone exposure on high altitude diseases and high altitude indications caused by hypoxia; 4. Providing scientific basis for effectively controlling and reducing the high altitude diseases and high altitude indications of resident and short-stay populations at high altitude.

纳入标准:

1.常驻人群:①年龄18-60岁;②签署知情同意书;③在高原地区连续居住5年及以上; ④无吸烟史或戒烟1年以上。
2.短居人群:①年龄18-60岁;②签署知情同意书;③在高原地区连续居住1个月及以上;④无吸烟史或戒烟1年以上。

Inclusion criteria

1. Resident populations:
(1) Age ranging from 18 to 60 years;
(2) Signing informed consent;
(3) Continuous residence in plateau area for 5 years or more;
(4) No smoking history or smoking cessation for more than one year.
2. Short-lived populations:
(1) Age ranging from 18 to 60 years;
(2) Signing informed consent;
(3) Continuous residence in plateau area for one month or more;
(4) No smoking history or smoking cessation for more than one year.

排除标准:

1.常驻人群:①患有严重慢性疾病,如心脏病、慢阻肺等;②半年内进行过重大手术(如骨科、心肺,和胃肠等手术)等。
2.短居人群:①患有严重慢性疾病,如心脏病、慢阻肺等;②半年内进行过重大手术(如骨科、心肺,和胃肠等手术)等。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Suffering from serious chronic diseases, such as heart disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, etc.
(2) Having undergone major operations (such as orthopaedics, cardiopulmonary, gastrointestinal and other operations) within half a year.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

数据录入:录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入,之后对数据库进行两遍比对。 数据核查和管理:当基线及每次随访调查问卷经双份输入并核对无误后,由项目研究人员提供研究进度及基本情况报告,其内容包括研究完成情况(含脱落受试者清单)、入选/排除标准检查、完整性检查、逻辑一致性检查、离群数据检查、时间窗检查、合并用药检查、不良事件检查等。 数据存档:研究进度及基本情况报告按编号的顺序归档保存,并填有检索目录等,以备查考。电子数据文件包括数据库、检查程序、分析程序、分析结果、编码本和说明文件等,应分类保存,并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上,妥善保存,防止损坏。所有原始档案应按相应规定内的期限保存。 数据安全监管:本项目将在北京大学伦理委员会审查监督下进行,测查所收集的数据只用于科学研究,不会泄露研究对象的任何个人信息。所采集的样品均以编码表示,不会出现任何能够定位到研究对象的信息,包括姓名,年龄,住址等所有个人信息将会严格保密。测量指标及相关分析结果在发表时,会以人群总体的形式给出,不会显示某位受试者的具体信息。仅国家监管部门、北京大学科研管理部门、伦理委员会有权在指定地点查阅受试者的原始资料,其中可能包括研究对象的个人信息。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

Data entry: The entry is entered by two professionals through the corresponding database system, and then the database will be checked twice. Data verification and management: After the baseline questionnaire and the follow-up questionnaire are input and verified by two professionals, the project researcher will provide a research progress report, including the completion of the project (including the list of lost volunteers), selected/ exclusion of standard inspection, integrity check, logical consistency check, outlier data check, time window check, combined drug check, adverse event check, etc. Data archiving: Research progress and basic situation reports are archived in order and accompanied by a search catalog for review. Electronic data files including databases, inspection programs, analysis programs, analysis results, codebooks, and documentation, should be properly stored in separate categories, and multiple backups should be stored on different disks or recording media to prevent damage. All original files should be kept for a period of time within the corresponding regulations. Data Security Supervision: This project will be conducted under the supervision of Peking University Ethics Committee. The data collected will only be used for scientific research and will not reveal any personal information of the research volunteer. The collected samples are represented by codes, and there is no information that can be located to the research volunteer. All personal information including name, age, address, etc. will be kept strictly confidential. Measurement indicators and related analysis results are presented in the form of a population as a whole, and do not show specific information about a research volunteer. Only the national regulatory authority, Peking University Research Management Department, and the Ethics Committee have the right to access the volunteer's original data at a designated location, which may include the personal information of the volunteer.
