研究目的：

观察不同抗骨质疏松方案预防和治疗中国器官移植受者骨质疏松的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Observe the efficacy and safety of different anti-osteoporosis programmes on Chinese organ transplant recipients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

碳酸钙D3片，骨化三醇，鲑鱼降钙素，阿伦膦酸盐 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Calcium Carbonate and Vitamin D3 Tablets,Calcitriol, Calcitonin, Alendronate 

纳入标准：

（1）器官移植术后3个月及以上的受者。（2）年龄20-70岁。（3）长期口服糖皮质激素和（或）钙调神经磷酸酶抑制剂（他克莫司或环孢素A）。（4）对本研究知情同意，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. More than 3 months after organ Transplantation;
2. Age of 20-70 years;
3. Long-term oral glucocorticoids and/or calcineurin inhibitor (FK506 or CSA);
4. Signed informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）已知对碳酸钙D3片、骨化三醇、鲑鱼降钙素、双膦酸盐及药品成分中任何一种辅料过敏者。（2）试验开始前2个月内服用过活性维生素D者。（3）曾使用双膦酸盐、锶盐及氟化钠治疗的患者。（4）可能妊娠或哺乳。（5）3个月内的骨折。（6）癌症活动期。（7）除骨质疏松外的其他代谢性骨病。（8）患严重退行性关节疾病且严重影响功能试验者。（9）高尿酸血症。（10）校正过的血清钙水平＞2．8 mmol/L或＜2．0mmol/L。（11）计算出的肌酐清除率<35 ml/min。（12）血清谷丙转氨酶或总胆红素高于正常值2倍。（13）正接受物理治疗提高肌力和平衡者。（14）预期寿命不到6个月。（15）有谵妄和痴呆不能获得知情同意者。（16）受者正在参加其他临床研究。（17）研究人员认为其他原因不适合临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients allergic against Calcium Carbonate and Vitamin D3 Tablets, Calcitriol, Calcitonin, Alendronate and drug components accessories;
2. Patients, who use Active vitamin D in 2 months before the beginning of the study;
3. Subjects once treated with alendronate, Sr salt and sodium fluoride;
4. Suspected pregnancy or lactation;
5. Fracture in 3 months before the beginning of the study;
6. Cancer active stage;
7. Other metabolic bone disease except for osteoporosis;
8. Joint diseases seriously affect the functional tests;
9. Hyperuricemia;
10. Serum calcium level corrected>2．8 mmol/L or <2．0mmol/L;
11. Creatinine clearance rate <35 ml/min;
12. Serum alanine transaminase or total bilirubin are more than twice the normal value;
13. Undergoing physical therapy to improve muscle strength and balance;
14. Life expectancy of less than 6 months;
15. patients with delirium or dementia, who cannot obtain informed consent;
16. Recipients are participating in other clinical studies;
17. Not suitable for clinical trials because of other reasons.
