研究目的：

探索TECAS神经电生理机制。 通过对临床疗效及客观指标的相关性研究，探索该治疗适宜人群，以精细化治疗方案  

Objectives of Study：

On the basis of the effectiveness of TECAS in the treatment of depression, the the neuroelectrophysiological mechanism were explored.the suitable population of this treatment was explored to refine the treatment plan

纳入标准：

1.符合ICD-10抑郁发作症诊断标准（包括轻度、中度）；
2.年龄18～70岁；
3.蒙哥马利抑郁量表：12分≤总分＜30分；
4.且自杀严重程度评定量表(C-SSRS）所有回答均为“否”或评分<3分；
5.32 项轻躁狂症状清单（HCL-32）评分≤12 分。

Inclusion criteria

1. Primary diagnosis as mild to moderate depression;
2. Aged 18-70 years old;
3. Montgomery depression scale total score 12 to 30;
4. All the answers on the suicide severity rating scale (c-ssrs) were "no" or a score <3.
5. 32-item Hypomanic Symptom Checklist (HCL-32) score ≤ 12.

排除标准：

1.妊娠期妇女；
2.合并有心、脑、肝、肾和造血系统严重原发性疾病者；
3.急性病、传染病、恶性肿瘤患者；
4.在治疗期不能按要求停服相关药物的患者；
5.有精神分裂症或其它精神疾病史的患者；
有认知障碍或人格障碍的患者；
有严重自杀观念或自杀行为者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant women;
2. Patients with severe primary diseases of heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system;
3. Patients with acute diseases, infectious diseases and malignant tumors;
4. Patients who cannot stop taking relevant drugs as required during the treatment period;
5. Patients with a history of schizophrenia or other psychiatric disorders;
6. Patients with cognitive or personality disorders;
7. A person who has serious suicidal thoughts or behaviors.
