研究目的：

1. 麟选脓毒症脑病患者的特异诊断手段，探索建立脓毒症脑病的早期预警体系。对建立好的脓毒症脑病预警体系进行内部及外部评价。 2. 根据建立好的预警体系, 后期进行软件的开发,应用于临床进行全国推广，切实解决急危重症领域亟待解决的难题，提高脓毒症患者预后。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To select specific diagnostic methods for patients with sepsis encephalopathy to explore the establishment of an early warning system for sepsis encephalopathy. The established sepsis encephalopathy early warning system was evaluated internally and externally. 2. According to the established early warning system, the software will be developed in the later stage and applied to the clinic for national promotion, so as to effectively solve the problems to be solved in the field of acute and critical diseases and improve the prognosis of patients with sepsis.

纳入标准：

1. 符合脓毒症 3.0诊断；
2. 入住时间>24 h；
3. 年龄大于18岁。

Inclusion criteria

1. It was consistent with sepsis 3.0 diagnosis;
2. Check in time > 24 hours;
3. Aged over 18 years old.

排除标准：

1. 入院前及入院诊断脑损伤患者；
2. 精神疾病；
3. 其他类型脑病患者；
4. 听力，视力受损者；
5. 孕产妇、哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with brain injury diagnosed before and after admission;
2. Mental illness;
3. Patients with other types of encephalopathy;
4. Hearing and visual impairment;
5. Pregnant and lactating women.

脓毒症脑病诊断标准：脓毒症患者出现精神损伤包括：注意力、定向力和写作能力受损甚至出现谵妄和昏迷，排除标准：在脓毒症患者中，排除中枢神经系统疾病以及其既往史或者药毒物甚至中毒等其他影响中枢神经系统症状的疾病。

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

Diagnostic criteria for sepsis encephalopathy: Mental impairment in patients with sepsis includes: impaired attention, orientation, and writing skills, and even paralysis and coma. Exclusion criteria: in patients with sepsis, excluding central nervous system diseases and their past History or drug poisons or even poisoning.
