研究目的：

了解真实世界环境中复方苁蓉益智胶囊治疗血管性痴呆的临床应用情况，如临床用药人群、临床用药特点等；评价真实世界环境中复方苁蓉益智胶囊治疗血管性痴呆的疗效和安全性；评价在血管性痴呆治疗效果中使用复方苁蓉益智胶囊的经济性。  

Objectives of Study：

To understand the clinical application of compound Cistanche Yizhi Capsule in the treatment of vascular dementia in the real world environment, such as clinical medication population, clinical medication characteristics, etc; to evaluate the efficacy and safety of compound Cistanche Yizhi Capsule in the treatment of vascular dementia in the real world environment; to evaluate the economy of compound Cistanche Yizhi Capsule in the treatment of vascular dementia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 符合血管性痴呆诊断标准者；
2. 改良mHIS总分≥4；
3. 病情程度为轻、中度的患者：10≤MMSE≤26及1≤CDR≤2；
4. 符合中医证候：肝肾亏虚兼痰瘀阻络诊断标准；
5. 患者其本人在清醒、正常的精神状态下或合法代理人自愿同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of vascular dementia;
2. Total score of improved MHIS >= 4;
3. Patients with mild or moderate disease degree: 10 <= MMSE <= 26 and 1 <= CDR <= 2;
4. Meets the diagnostic criteria of TCM syndrome: deficiency of liver and kidney and obstruction of collaterals by phlegm and blood stasis;
5. The patient voluntarily agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent form in a sober and normal mental state or legal representative.
