研究目的：

本研究旨在探索老年AD患者皮肤病变和PBMCs的分子特征，并分析患者病变和血液中与年龄相关的变化。本研究将为不同年龄组AD的精准治疗提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

We sought to characterize the molecular features of skin lesions and PBMCs in elderly AD, and analyze the age-related changes in lesional and blood from patients. This study will provide a theoretical basis for the precision treatment of AD in different age groups.

纳入标准：

AD的诊断根据国际公认的Williams的诊断标准，轻、中、重度AD，自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

The diagnosis of AD according to Williams' criteria, and disease severity was assessed quantitatively with SCORAD from mild to severe AD. Volunteered for this study and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1、孕妇、哺乳期妇女；
2、研究者认为不宜参加研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnant or lactating females;
2.Any other situations not suitable for this study determined by the investigators.
