研究目的：

1.与传统血压计对比，验证光电容积脉搏波描记法研发无感血压监测可靠性与准确性； 2.监测运动后血压下降的速度和最低点、稳态到达的时间，指导居家、门诊血压测量规范。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To verify the reliability and accuracy of the photoelectric volumetric pulse wave tracing method of developing sensorless blood pressure monitoring in comparison with traditional blood pressure monitors. 2. Monitor the decling of blood pressure after exercise and the time to reach the nadir and steady state, to guide the standardization of home and outpatient blood pressure measurement.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

同时采用水银血压计及PMW同时测量入组者左手血压。本实验流程分为到达诊室直接测量血压—休息5分钟再次测量—再休息5分钟后再次测量—深蹲15次或者垫脚30次（重新计算时间）—随机分为两组（3分钟后测量和4分钟后测量血压）--休息10分钟后再次测量血压--休息15分钟后再次测量血压--休息20分钟后再次测量血压--休息25分钟后再次测量血压--休息30分钟后再次测量血压—再次深蹲15次或者垫脚30次（重新计算时间）—随机分为两组（1分钟后测量和2分钟后测量血压） 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Using mercury Sphygmomanometer and PMW to measure left hand blood pressure meantime.The procedure of this experiment is divided into measuring blood pressure directly upon arrival at the clinic - measuring again after 5 minutes of rest - measuring again after another 5 minutes of rest - squatting 15 times or matting 30 times (recalculating the time) - randomly divided into two groups (measuring after 3 minutes and measuring after 4 minutes Blood pressure) - Blood pressure was measured again after 10 minutes of rest - Blood pressure was measured again after 15 minutes of rest - Blood pressure was measured again after 20 minutes of rest - Blood pressure was measured again after 25 minutes of rest - Blood pressure was measured again after 30 minutes of rest - Deep squats 15 times or foot pads 30 times again (recalculated time) - Randomly divided into Two groups (measuring after 1 minute and measuring blood pressure after 2 minutes) 

纳入标准：

年龄18-80岁

Inclusion criteria

Age 18-80 years

排除标准：

急性冠脉综合征、心力衰竭不稳定期、慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期，四肢活动障碍、双臂存在以下情况：皮疹、纱布敷料、管型、水肿、瘫痪、开放性溃疡或伤口、手臂干瘪、动静脉瘘，左手留置针、左手PICC植管，阿尔兹海默症或者其他不能听从指令患者，妊娠。臂围超过50 cm。以及其他不能耐受深蹲人群。

Exclusion criteria：

Presence of the following on both arms: rashes, gauze dressings, casts, edema, paralysis, tubes, open sores or wounds, withered arms, A-V shunts, or if blood has been drawn from arm within last week.
Being mentally impaired, pregnant.Arm circumference exceeding 50 cm.
