研究目的：

本研究旨在揭示湿证在肥胖症中的发生发展、证候转归规律，探讨湿证对高脂血症、2型糖尿病、非酒精性脂肪肝、多囊卵巢综合征和高血压等肥胖相关疾病的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this study is to explorer the morbidity, development and the regular pattern of prognosis of dampness syndrome in obesity, and to research the effect of dampness syndrome for obesity-related diseases, including hyperlipidemia, type 2 diabetes, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and hypertension.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①患者年龄18-65岁；
②符合《中国超重/肥胖医学营养治疗专家共识》超重和肥胖诊断标准，BMI≥24或男性腰围≥90cm，女性腰围≥85cm；
③患者知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

① Aged 18-65 years;
② Body-mass index (BMI) ≥ 24 kg/m2, or waist circumference ≥ 90cm for men and ≥ 85cm for women;
③ Sign informed consent.

排除标准：

①排除围产期患者；
②由甲减、下丘脑垂体疾病、库欣综合征等疾病引发肥胖者；
③恶性肿瘤、肝硬化等严重原发性疾病，冠心病、中风等继发性心脑血管事件，及精神性疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients in perinatal period;
② Obese patients caused by hypothyroidism, hypothalamic pituitary diseases, Cushing syndrome and other diseases;
③ Patients with malignant tumors, liver cirrhosis, coronary heart disease, stroke or other serious primary diseases, and patients with mental diseases.
