研究目的：

（1）筛选并鉴定 AAGN 早期诊断的生物学标志，建立疾病预测模型和智能预警系统； （2）建立 AAGN 精准肾脏病理分型； （3）确定影响 AAGN 预后的独立危险因素，建立风险评估体系，确立 AAGN 治疗新策略。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Screening and identification of biological markers for early diagnosis of AAGN, establishment of disease prediction model and intelligent early warning system; (2) Establish accurate renal pathological typing of AAGN; (3) Determine the independent risk factors that affect the prognosis of aagn, establish a risk assessment system, and establish a new treatment strategy for AAGN.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①起病年龄为18岁以下，且在医院规律随访；
②所有入组患儿均符合以下纳入及排除标准：符合2012年美国Chapel Hill会议中关于ANCA相关性血管炎或美国风湿病学会分类标准ANCA相关性血管炎的定义。

Inclusion criteria

① The onset age was under 18 years old, and they were followed up regularly in the hospital;
② All enrolled children met the following inclusion and exclusion criteria: they met the definition of ANCA associated vasculitis or ANCA associated vasculitis in the 2012 American chapel hill conference.

排除标准：

1）排除合并其余继发性血管炎（如系统性红斑狼疮、过敏性紫癜、药物、肿瘤、感染等）
2）合并原发性肾脏疾病者（如IgA肾病、膜性肾病和抗肾小球基底膜肾炎等）

Exclusion criteria：

1) Exclude other secondary vasculitis (such as systemic lupus erythematosus, allergic purpura, drugs, tumors, infection, etc.)
2) Patients with primary renal disease (such as IgA nephropathy, membranous nephropathy and anti glomerular basement membrane nephritis)
