研究目的：

探索Sellick手法用于食管裂孔疝患者无痛胃镜检查中安全性、食道封闭状态、胃黏膜皱襞延展状态、病灶阳性检出率等的影响及临床可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of Sellick maneuver on safety, esophageal closure status, gastric mucosal fold extension status, and positive detection rate of lesions during endoscopy in patients with esophageal hiatal hernia under painless gastroscopy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

择期行无痛胃肠镜检查患者，ASA1-3级，年龄30-65岁

Inclusion criteria

Patients undergoing elective painless gastroscopy, ASA 1-3, age 30-65 years

排除标准：

胃排空不佳，有食物残渣；胃部有活动性出血；冠心病未行正规治疗；近期有急性呼吸道感染者。

Exclusion criteria：

Poor gastric emptying with food residues; active bleeding in the stomach; coronary artery disease without regular treatment; recent acute respiratory infection

择期行无痛胃肠镜检查患者，ASA1-3级，年龄30-65岁。在无痛胃镜检查中消化内镜医生如拟诊食道裂孔疝，则该患者正式纳入本研究。

Patients undergoing elective painless gastroscopy, ASA 1-3, aged 30-65 years. Patients were formally included in this study if the gastrointestinal endoscopist during painless gastroscopy intended to diagnose esophageal hiatal hernia.
