研究目的：

将各种前路超声引导神经阻滞做对比，探究何种前路超声引导神经阻滞技术适对于创伤中心院内急救的患者具有安全性、有效性。 对于同一前路超声引导神经阻滞，将不同浓度的罗哌卡因做对比，探究镇痛效果好，对肢体运动功能影响小的最适局麻药浓度。总结经验，收集临床资料，探究并总结启动麻醉科创伤中心联动镇痛团队行前路超声引导神经阻滞的适应症、禁忌症及时机。  

Objectives of Study：

Compare various kinds of anterior ultrasound-guided nerve block, and explore what kind of anterior ultrasound-guided nerve block technology is suitable for patients in hospital emergency treatment in trauma center, which is safe and effective. For the same anterior ultrasound-guided nerve block, different concentrations of ropivacaine were compared to explore the optimal local anesthetic concentration with good analgesic effect and little effect on limb motor function. Summarize experience, collect clinical data, explore and summarize the indications, contraindications and timely opportunity of launching the joint analgesia team of the trauma center of the Department of anesthesiology to perform anterior ultrasound-guided nerve block.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

在创伤患者到达医院创伤中心后，选取2022年8月至2023年2月在嘉兴学院附属第二医院院或分院外伤患者80例，经过创伤中心急诊医生综合评估患者 VAS 评分≥5分，性别不限，年龄18～80岁，BMI 19～30 kg/m2，ASA分级Ⅰ级～Ⅱ级。

Inclusion criteria

After the trauma patients arrived at the hospital trauma center, 80 trauma patients in the Second Affiliated Hospital or branch of Jiaxing University from August 2022 to February 2023 were selected. After the comprehensive evaluation of emergency doctors in the trauma center, the VAS score of the patients was ≥ 5, the gender was unlimited, the age was 18-80 years old, the BMI was 19-30 kg/m2, and the ASA grade was grade I-II.

排除标准：

凝血功能障碍、术前抗血小板及抗凝药物的使用、局麻药物过敏、穿刺部位感染等存在神经阻滞禁忌、患者及监护人拒绝

Exclusion criteria：

Coagulation dysfunction, preoperative use of antiplatelet and anticoagulant drugs, local anesthesia drug allergy, puncture site infection and other nerve block taboos exist, and patients and guardians refuse
