研究目的：

明确睡眠医学教育是否有利于改善睡眠，减少不良睡眠对日间功能的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To determine whether sleep medicine education is beneficial for improving sleep and reducing the impact of poor sleep on daytime functioning

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

睡眠医学教育共20学时，课程设置包括睡眠医学进展、睡眠检查、失眠、日间思睡、睡眠呼吸暂停、异态睡眠等。每周2学时，考虑到可能的特殊情况，不能实现每周连续进行，约需要12-14周完成授课。在《睡眠医学》选修课第一节课开始评估接受睡眠医学教育前学员的睡眠质量及其影响因素，《睡眠医学》选修课最后一节课再次进行评估。所有量表均为自评量表，通过问卷星进行学员自评。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Sleep medicine education totals 20 hours, and the curriculum includes progress in sleep medicine, sleep examination, insomnia, daytime sleep, sleep apnea, and abnormal sleep. 2 hours per week, taking into account possible special circumstances, can not achieve weekly continuous, it takes about 12-14 weeks to complete the course. The quality of sleep and its influencing factors before receiving sleep medicine education begins in the first class of the "Sleep Medicine" elective course, and the last class of the "Sleep Medicine" elective class is evaluated again. All scales are self-assessment scales, and students are self-assessed by questionnaire stars. 

纳入标准：

选择准备上《睡眠医学》选修课课程的医学生，同意参加研究。

Inclusion criteria

Medical students who choose to take the Sleep Medicine elective course agree to participate in the study.

排除标准：

不同意参与研究，未能完成睡眠医学选修课90%的课程，未能参加失眠课程的学习。

Exclusion criteria：

Did not agree to participate in the study, failed to complete 90% of the courses of the sleep medicine elective, and failed to attend the insomnia course.
