研究目的：

评价罗润畅（盐酸氨溴索喷雾剂）治疗儿科急性呼吸道感染咳嗽、咳痰症状的有效性、安全性和依从性  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy, safety, and compliance of Luo Runchang (Ambroxol Hydrochloride Spray) in the treatment of cough and expectoration induced by acute respiratory infection in children

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

受试者喷用盐酸氨溴索喷雾剂（罗润畅），6-12岁儿童：每次4喷，每日3次；2-6岁儿童：每次2喷，每日3次；1-2岁儿童：每次2喷，每日2次。连续用药7天。（若患儿达到“临床控制”，即：咳嗽症状评分为0分，则可停用研究用药，疗程≥3天） 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

examinee were sprayed with Ambroxol Hydrochloride Spray (Luo Runchang), children with 6-12 years old: 4 sprays each time, tid; Children with 2-6 years old: 2 sprays each time, tid; Children with 1-2 years old: 2 sprays each time,bid. Continuous medication for 7 days. (If the child achieves "clinical control", that is, a cough symptom score of 0, the study can be discontinued and the course of treatment ≥ 3 days) 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄 1-12 周岁，性别不限；
2. 伴有痰液黏稠并排痰困难症状（日间或夜间咳嗽症状积分≥2 分）的急性呼吸道感染患儿；
3. 需要祛痰治疗的患儿；
4. 有条件逐日观察记录者。
5. 1-＜8 周岁的患儿，由监护人签署知情同意书；8-12 周岁患儿，由患儿本人和监护人同时签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 1-12 years old,regardless of gender;
2. Children with acute respiratory tract infection accompanied by thick sputum and difficult sputum excretion (cough symptom score ≥ 2 points during the day or at night);
3. Children who need expectorant treatment;
4. Those who have conditions to observe and record day by day.
5. Children between 1 and 8 years old, the informed consent should be signed by the guardian;Children between 8-12 years old,the informed consent should be signed by both the child and his/her guardian;

排除标准：

1. 诊断为重症肺炎的患儿；
2. 咳嗽时间≥2 周的患儿；
3. 既往患有支气管哮喘、间质性肺疾病的患儿；
4. 既往患有其他的慢性呼吸道基础疾病的患儿，如原发性纤毛运动障碍、支气管扩张等；
5. 既往合并有心、脑、肾、血液、免疫、内分泌等系统基础性疾病的患儿，如先天性心脏病、癫痫、血友病和自身免疫性疾病，或合并先天性呼吸系统疾病、营养不良的患儿；
6. 既往患有消化性溃疡的患儿；
7. 入选前 3 个月参加过其他药物试验；
8. 已知或怀疑对本研究所用药物所含成分过敏者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Children diagnosed with severe pneumonia;
2. Children with cough duration ≥2 weeks;
3. Children with previous bronchial asthma and interstitial lung disease;
4. Children with previous other chronic respiratory diseases, such as primary ciliary dyskinesia and bronchiectasis;
5. Patients with previous systemic basic diseases of heart, brain, kidney, blood, immunity, endocrine.Such as congenital heart disease, epilepsy, hemophilia and autoimmune diseases, or children with congenital respiratory diseases and malnutrition;
6. Children with previous peptic ulcer;
7. Participated in other drug trials 3 months prior to inclusion;
8. Those who are known or suspected to be allergic to the ingredients of the drugs used in this study
