研究目的：

针对超声引导下行右颈内静脉穿刺置管的患者，对比应用血管微穿刺套件的方法和常规方法的成功率及并发症的发生率，来探讨出一种临床可应用的更加安全便捷的留置中心静脉导管的方式，提高穿刺成功率，减少各种穿刺并发症的发生。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore a more safe and convenient method of central venous internal catheterization by calculating the success rate and incidence of complications of mini access kit for ultrasound-guided internal jugular vein catheterization, compared with conventional ultrasound-guided method.

纳入标准：

1.择期行全身麻醉的手术患者
2.具有留置中心静脉导管适应症的患者
3.BMI≤35kg/m2
4.年龄≥18岁

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients who will undergo surgeries with general anesthesia
2.Patients with indications for central venous internal catheterization
3.BMI≤35kg/m2
4.Age≥18 years old

排除标准：

1.局部解剖异常
2.怀疑颈部淋巴结转移
3.上腔静脉综合征
4.凝血功能异常
5.患者或委托人拒绝

Exclusion criteria：

1.Local anatomic abnormalities
2.Suspected cervical lymphatic metastasis
3.Superior vena cava syndrome
4.Coagulopathy
5.Patient or client refusal
