研究目的：

1.發展機構住民喝水行為量表並檢定信、效度； 2.翻譯及檢定脫水危險評估表並檢定信、效度； 3.探討長期照護機構液體攝取不足之盛行率及其影響因素； 4.發展機構提醒喝水設計方案並檢定方案對改善機構住民水分攝取之成效； 5.比較不同訓練方案對改善機構失智住民水分攝取之成效。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Developing and determining psychometric properties of the water intake behavior scale; 2.Translating and determining psychometric properties of the dehydration risk of assessment checklist (DRAC); 3.Estimating the prevalence of fluid intake inadequacy and its influencing factors in long-term care facilities; 4.Investigating the efficacy of fluid intake using different water-remind devices for institutionalized residents; 5.Comparing the efficacy of different training programs on institutionalized residents with dementia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.由口攝取液體；
2.MMSE大於16分；
3.血液滲透壓大於290 mOsm/kg。

Inclusion criteria

1.Ingest liquid by mouth;
2.MMSE is greater than or equal to 16;
3.Blood osmolarity is greater than 290 mOsm/kg.

排除标准：

1.需限水者；
2.使用鼻胃管者或吞嚥障礙者；
3.頭頸部做過放射線或化學治療者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Restriction water;
2.Placed with a feeding tube or swallow impairment;
3.Having radiotherapy or chemotherapy for head and neck.
