研究目的：

分析总结本中心15年以来的所有肝移植受体围手术期特点以及探究能够影响患者预后的相关因素,并对照国内外其他移植中心的相关临床数据，以提出建设符合临床实际特点的系统性围手术期管理方案为目标，究其不同，发现差距，进而不断提高自身水平，完善肝移植管理及诊疗经验。同时为今后的移植团队提供本中心真实、可靠的数据支持和参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Analyze and summarize the perioperative characteristics of all liver transplant recipients in the past 15 years and explore the relevant factors that can affect the prognosis of patients, and compare with the relevant clinical data of other transplantation centers at home and abroad. in order to put forward the construction of a systematic perioperative management plan in line with clinical characteristics as the goal, investigate their differences, find the gap, and then constantly improve their own level, improve the liver transplantation management and diagnosis and treatment experience. At the same time, it will provide real and reliable data support and reference for the future transplantation team.

纳入标准：

自2006年05月11日至2021年10月11日在昆明市第一人民医院国家级肝移植中心完成的肝移植患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients who underwent liver transplantation in the National liver Transplantation Center of the first people's Hospital of Kunming from May 11, 2006 to October 11, 2021.

排除标准：

自2006年05月11日至2021年10月11日在昆明市第一人民医院国家级肝移植中心未成功完成的肝移植患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who failed to complete liver transplantation in the National liver Transplantation Center of the first people's Hospital of Kunming from May 11, 2006 to October 11, 2021.
