研究目的：

本研究的目的是通过建立健康志愿者及口呼吸患者的三维模型，探究口呼吸对鼻上颌复合体生长发育影响的空气动力学机制。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to investigate the aerodynamic mechanism of the effect of mouth breathing on the growth and development of the nasomaxillary complex by building three-dimensional models of healthy volunteers and mouth breathing patients.

纳入标准：

于天津市口腔医院正畸科就诊的鼻呼吸及口呼吸患者

Inclusion criteria

Nasal and mouth breathing patients attending the Orthodontic Department of Tianjin Stomatological Hospital

排除标准：

1.患者有除呼吸道疾病外的其他系统疾病；
2.患者上颌左右第一磨牙间存在牙列间隙；
3.患者身高体重指数不在正常范围；
4.患者有正畸或正颌治疗史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient has a systemic disease other than respiratory disease;
2. The patient has space between the maxillary right and left first molars;
3. Patient's height and body mass index are not within the normal range;
4. Patient has a history of orthodontic or orthognathic treatment.
