探索术前红细胞分布宽度（RDW）及围术期红细胞分布宽度变化（ΔRDW）对结直肠癌患者预后影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Investigate the prognostic significance of red cell distribution width and changes in red cell distribution width during perioperative period for colorectal cancer

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)所有结直肠癌患者经结直肠镜检查组织病理学确诊；
(2)年龄大于18岁。

Inclusion criteria

(1)surgery for pathology-proven colorectal cancer
(2)age 18 or older

排除标准：

(1)二次结直肠癌手术的患者；
(2)合并有其他肿瘤；
(3)围术期输注血制品患者；
(4)血液系统疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)secondary operation for colorectal cancer
(2)combined with other tumors
(3)perioperative blood transfusion
(4)hematological diseases
