研究目的：

通过实施多中心回顾性研究，了解我国儿童重症监护病房（PICU/CICU）中进行ECMO治疗病人的各项营养干预（肠内营养、肠外营养的热卡、蛋白质、液量等）措施的实施现状和障碍；分析各营养干预措施（肠内营养、肠外营养）与病人存活率、ECMO治疗时间、ICU住院时间等预后指标的相关性，寻找ECMO病人死亡的营养危险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

Through a multi-center retrospective study, the current status and obstacles of nutritional interventions (enteral nutrition, parenteral nutrition calorie, protein, fluid, etc.) for patients treated with ECMO in children's intensive care units (PICU/CICU) in China will be investigated. The correlation of nutritional interventions (enteral nutrition, parenteral nutrition) with survival rate, duration of ECMO treatment, length of ICU stay and other prognostic indicators will be analyzed, and the nutritional risk factors for death of PATIENTS with ECMO will be searched.

纳入标准：

年龄大于28天，小于18岁的入住ICU，已接受各种类型ECMO治疗的所有病人。

Inclusion criteria

All patients older than 28 days, younger than 18 years of age admitted to ICU, who had received all types of ECMO.

排除标准：

ECMO治疗时间小于等于48小时。

Exclusion criteria：

The ECMO treatment time was less than 48 hours.
