1. 研究在高温环境下，戴口罩并进行不同强度的运动对健康成人的心血管健康、心肺反应和体温调节的影响 2. 研究在高温环境下，戴口罩并进行不同强度的高温运动对健康成人的心理感知反应和认知功能的影响 3. 研究成年人体力活动水平对戴口罩高温运动时的生理、心理感知和认知反应的影响  

Objectives of Study：

1. To examine the effect of wearing face masks while exercising at various intensities in the heat on cardiovascular health, cardiopulmonary responses and thermoregulation in healthy adults 2. To investigate the effect of wearing face masks while exercising at various intensities in the heat on psycho-perceptual responses and cognitive function in healthy adults 3. To determine the influence of habitual physical activity level on physiological, psycho-perceptual and cognitive responses while exercising in the heat wearing a face mask

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 18-30岁健康的中国成年人
2. 体重指数≤25kg/m2
3. 血压≤140/90 mmHg
4. 无长期吸烟和饮酒
5. 无心血管疾病、糖尿病和病史

Inclusion criteria

1. Healthy Chinese adults aged 18-30 years;
2. Body mass index <=25 kg/m2;
3. Blood pressure <=140/90 mmHg;
4. No chronic tobacco smoking and alcohol drinking;
5. Without cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and medical history.

排除标准：

1. 非成年中国人
2. 没有交回知情同意书
3. 年龄不在18-30岁之间
4. BMI ≥ 25 kg/m2
5. 血压≥ 140/90 mmHg
6. 长期吸烟和饮酒
7. 有心血管疾病、糖尿病和病史

Exclusion criteria：

1. Not Chinese adults;
2. Not return a written informed consent;
3. Age not between 18 and 30 years;
4. BMI >=25 kg/m2;
5. Blood pressure >= 140/90 mmHg;
6. Chronic tobacco smoking and alcohol drinking;
7. With cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and medical history.
