本研究的目的是通过病例对照研究来探究典型有机污染物暴露水平与甲状腺乳头状癌风险的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to explore the correlation between typical organic pollutant exposure levels and papillary thyroid cancer risk through a case-control study.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

病例组纳入标准：（1）首次确诊为状腺乳头状癌的患者；
（2）签署知情同意书，愿意配合本次研究
对照组纳入标准：
（1）无甲状腺疾病的健康受试者；
（2）签署知情同意书，愿意配合本次研究；

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for the case group(1) Patients diagnosed with papillary carcinoma for the first time; (2) Sign the informed consent form, willing to cooperate with this research.
Inclusion criteria for the control group(1) Healthy subjects without thyroid disease;(2) Sign the informed consent form, willing to cooperate with this research.

排除标准：

排除内分泌疾病史、恶性肿瘤病史、严重肝肾功能障碍、恶性贫血、精神障碍等危重疾病和甲状腺癌家族史、辐射暴露史、治疗性碘暴露史以及临床数据缺失的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

Subjects with a history of endocrine diseases, malignant tumors, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, pernicious anemia, mental disorders and other critical diseases, family history of thyroid cancer, radiation exposure, therapeutic iodine exposure, and clinical data were excluded.
