以真实世界大数据，客观评价在大规模人群中应用连花清瘟胶囊/颗粒对新型冠状病毒隔离人群的预防效果及其安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on real-world big data, objectively evaluate the preventive effect and safety of Lianhua Qingwen capsule/granule on the isolated population of novel coronavirus pneumonia in the large-scale population.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 经新型冠状病毒肺炎流行病学调查被确认为需要集中医学隔离观察者；
2. 年龄18岁以上（含18岁），男女不限；

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who were confirmed to be in need of centralized medical isolation after the epidemiological investigation of the new coronavirus pneumonia;
2. Male or female patients aged over 18, inclusive(≥ 18).

排除标准：

1.核酸检测阳性，诊断为新型冠状病毒肺炎无症状感染者或确诊病例者；
2.进入隔离点当天核酸检测为阳性；
3.隔离点工作人群、志愿者；
4.新冠患者转阴后隔离；
5.滞留人员。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a positive result on a nucleic acid test, diagnosed as asymptomatic infection or confirmed case of new coronavirus pneumonia;
2. Patients with a positive result on a nucleic acid test on the day of entering the isolation point;
3. Staff and volunteers at the isolation point;
4. Covid-19 patients were isolated after they turned to negative result on a nucleic acid test;
5. Stranded personnel.
