研究目的：

通过对比早期放置胰管支架和操作完成后再放置胰管支架PEP发生率来明确胰管支架的最佳放置时间。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the optimal time to place pancreatic duct stent during ERCP.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

符合ERCP术中置入胰管支架预防术后急性胰腺炎的患者随机分组为2组。1组为术中导丝进入胰管后立即放置胰管支架，另外1组为完成ERCP胆管操作后再放置胰管支架。通过对比2组患者术后急性胰腺炎的发病率来探索最佳的胰管支架放置时间。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Patients eligible for intraoperative pancreatic duct stent placement to prevent post-ERCP pancreatitis were randomized into two groups. Pancreatic duct stents were placed immediately after the guide wire entered the pancreatic duct in group 1, and pancreatic duct stents were placed after all the bile duct operation was completed in the other group. The optimal pancreatic duct stent placement time was explored by comparing the incidence of post-ERCP acute pancreatitis between the two groups. 

纳入标准：

年龄在18岁-89岁、原始主乳头以胆管为插管目标管道符合入选条件患者。实验室测试，包括常规血液测试，肝功能测试，以及血清和尿液淀粉酶被要求评估合格。

Inclusion criteria

Patients aged 18-89 years with native papilla and bile duct as the target duct were eligible for inclusion. Laboratory tests, including routine blood tests, liver function tests,and serum and urine amylase were required to be evaluated for eligibility.

排除标准：

1）导丝未进入胰管或无需放置胰管支架预防的低风险患者。2）ERCP时患者处于急性胰腺炎状态。3）胆胰合流异常。4）Roux-en-Y或者Billroth-II胃肠道重建术后。5）慢性胰腺炎病史。6））其他内镜逆行胰胆管造影术(ERCP)禁忌证的患者。7）非原始主乳头患者。8）孕妇也被排除在外。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with low risk of pancreatitis who did not need to place pancreatic duct stents. 2) The patient with acute pancreatitis. 3) Abnormal biliopancreatic confluence. 4) After Roux-EN-Y or Billroth-II gastrointestinal reconstruction surgery. 5) History of chronic pancreatitis. 6)) Patients with contraindications of ERCP. 7) Patients with non-native papilla. 8) Pregnant women are also excluded.
