研究目的：

评价自体CIK细胞治疗化疗后或造血干细胞移植后的血液系统恶性肿瘤患者的安全性及临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the safety and efficacy of autologous CIK cells in patients with hematological malignancies after chemotherapy or hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.18～70岁,KPS评分>60分，估计生存期>3个月；
2.明确诊断为淋巴瘤、白血病、多发性骨髓瘤、骨髓增生异常综合征（中危Ⅱ和高危患者）、骨髓增殖性肿瘤等血液系统恶性肿瘤，且已经完成前期化疗或已行造血干细胞移植；
3.无严重的精神病及无严重的心、肝、肾、肺功能不全，未合并其他有致命危险的疾病；
4.志愿受试并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.aged between 18 and 70 years, with a KPS score > 60 points and estimated survival time > 3 months;2.With confirmed hematological malignancies after chemotherapy or hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, including lymphoma, leukemia, multiple myeloma, myelodysplastic syndrome (intermediate-risk Ⅱand poor-risk), myeloproliferative neoplasm and so on;3.Without serious mental illness and serious heart, liver, kidney or pulmonary insufficiency, and other fatal diseases; 4.Agreed to participate in this study, and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.严重的精神病患病；
2.有严重的心、肝、肾、肺功能不全；
3.合并其他有致命危险的疾病；
4.妊娠期或哺乳期妇女；
5.已知的HIV感染者或药物滥用者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Serious mental patient;
2.Serious heart, liver, kidney or pulmonary insufficiency;
3.Other fatal diseases;
4.In gestation period or suckling period;
5.HIV infection or substance abuse.
