研究目的：

比较西罗莫司与他克莫司对原发性肝癌肝移植术后肿瘤复发和转移影响的临床研究。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the influence of Sirolimus and tacrolimus on replapse and metastasis for Liver Transplantation in the Presence of Extended Criteria for Hepatocellular Carcinoma.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

他克莫司；西罗莫司 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

tacrolimus; sirolimus 

纳入标准：

1）原发性肝癌肝移植术后2个月以上的受者。（2）年龄20-70岁。（3）术前超出米兰标准的受者。（4）术后口服糖皮质激素和他克莫司。（5）对本研究知情同意，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1)More than 2 months in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma after liver transplantation;
(2)Age of 20-70 years;
(3)Preoperative transplantatio beyond milan criteria recipients;
(4)oral glucocorticoids and FK506;
(5)Signed informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）已知对西罗莫司及药品成分中任何一种辅料过敏者。（2）预期寿命不到6个月。（3）有谵妄和痴呆不能获得知情同意者。（4）受者正在参加其他临床研究。（5）研究人员认为其他原因不适合临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients allergic against sirolimus and drug components accessories;
(2) Life expectancy of less than 6 months;
(3) patients with delirium or dementia, who cannot obtain informed consent;
(4) Recipients are participating in other clinical studies;
(5) Not suitable for clinical trials
