研究目的：

构建泛癌类器官培养技术，建立稳定的药物敏感性检测方法体系，观察评估各期肿瘤患者类器官药物敏感性和临床疗效之间的匹配度和一致性。  

Objectives of Study：

construct a pan-cancer organoid culture technology, establish a stable drug sensitivity detection method system,? and evaluate the match and consistency between drug sensitivity and clinical efficacy of organoids in cancer patients at various stages.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

① 经病理诊断为恶性肿瘤的患者
② 性别不限，年龄≥18 岁
③ 肿瘤样本用于病理诊断或基因测序后足够进行体外培养
④ 能够理解知情同意书内容，签署知情同意书，并愿意配合相关随访。

Inclusion criteria

① Patients diagnosed with malignant tumor by pathology
② No gender restriction, age ≥ 18 years old
③ Tumor samples are sufficient for in vitro culture after pathological diagnosis or gene sequencing
④ Be able to understand the content of the informed consent form, sign the informed consent form, and be willing to cooperate with relevant follow-up visits.

排除标准：

① 怀孕或者哺乳期的女性患者
② 正在参加其他相斥研究的患者
③ 存在其他不适合参加研究的状况

Exclusion criteria：

① Women who are pregnant or Lactating
② Patients who are participating in other mutually exclusive studies
③ Other conditions that are not suitable for study participation
