研究目的：

本研究旨在通过构建适合窒息新生儿出院计划干预方案,评价该方案对促进窒息新生儿顺利从医院过渡到家庭，改善其预后及生存质量，对提高窒息新生儿父母的照顾能力及自我效能、缓解心理负担等的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to construct an intervention scheme suitable for asphyxiated newborns' discharge plan,and evaluate the intervention effect of the program on promoting the smooth transition of asphyxiated newborns from hospital to family, improving their prognosis and quality of life, improving the care ability and self-efficacy of parents of asphyxiated newborns, and alleviating psychological burden.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（一）窒息新生儿：
1.参照《新生儿窒息诊断的专家共识》（2016年版）中的新生儿轻度窒息诊断标准：Apgar评分1min≤7分或5min≤7分，伴脐动脉血pH＜7.2；
2.胎龄大于37周（足月）；
3.出生体重大于2500g；
4.生后24h内收治入院。
（二）父母：
1.具有基本认知和自理行为能力；
2.缺少照顾新生儿的经验；
3.双亲家庭；
4.签署知情同意书，自愿参加课题研究。

Inclusion criteria

（一）Asphyxiated newborns:
1. Refer to the diagnostic criteria for mild neonatal asphyxia in the expert consensus on diagnosis of neonatal asphyxia (2016 Edition): Apgar score ≤ 7 points for 1min or ≤ 7 points for 5min, with umbilical artery blood pH < 7.2;
2. The gestational age is more than 37 weeks (full term);
3. Birth weight is more than 2500g;
4. Admission within 24 hours after birth.
（二）Parents:
1. Have basic cognitive and self-care ability;
2. Lack of experience in caring for newborns;
3. Two parent family;
4. Sign the informed consent and voluntarily participate in the research.

排除标准：

（一）窒息新生儿：
1．排除标准：先天性畸形、遗传代谢病和严重感染性疾病者。
2．剔除标准：①住院期间行外科手术；②住院期间发生严重并发症或死亡。
（二）父母：
1．排除标准：①父母既往患有精神器质性疾病；②伴有健康、社会或语言问题可能干扰其与医疗团队沟通者。
2．剔除和脱落标准：①放弃治疗或主动要求提前出院；②出院回访电话多次联系不上，无法获取后续随访相关信息者。

Exclusion criteria：

（一）Asphyxiated newborn:
1. Exclusion criteria: those with congenital malformations, genetic metabolic diseases and serious infectious diseases.
2. Exclusion criteria: ① surgical operation during hospitalization; ② Serious complications or death occurred during hospitalization.
（二）Parents:
1. Exclusion criteria: ① parents have mental organic diseases in the past; ② Those with health, social or language problems that may interfere with their communication with the medical team.
2. Rejection and shedding criteria: ① give up treatment or actively ask for early discharge; ② Those who can't get the follow-up information because they can't get the follow-up call for many times.
