研究目的：

通过气囊漏液试验，确定影响人工气道患者气囊漏液的相关因素；制定护理对策，降低人工气道患者微误吸及VAP发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the air bag leakage test, determine the relevant factors affecting air bag leakage in patients with artificial airway; formulate nursing countermeasures to reduce the incidence of micro-aspiration and VAP in patients with artificial airway.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

（1）将人工气道通气患者气囊内压设置为30cmH2O，从气管导管套囊上分泌物引流导管注入亚甲蓝稀释液2ml，观察记录患者气囊漏液试验的结果，探索分析相关影响因素。 （2）根据相关影响因素，检索相关证据，制定护理对策。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

(1) The intra-bag pressure of patients with artificial airway ventilation was set to 30cmH2O, 2ml of methylene blue dilution was injected from the secretion drainage catheter on the tracheal tube cuff, and the results of the patient's balloon leakage test were observed and recorded, and the related influencing factors were explored and analyzed. (2) According to relevant influencing factors, retrieve relevant evidence and formulate nursing countermeasures. 

纳入标准：

①年龄≥18岁；②带有经口气管插管或气管切开行常规机械通气。

Inclusion criteria

①Age ≥18 years old; ②Routine mechanical ventilation with orotracheal intubation or tracheostomy

排除标准：

①不带具有声门下气囊上吸引功能的气管导管患者；②俯卧位通气患者；③外院转入不明气管插管或气管切开时间者；④气管食管瘘及主支气管畸形者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Patients without tracheal tube with subglottic balloon suction function; ②Patients with prone position ventilation; ③Patients transferred to other hospitals with unknown tracheal intubation or tracheostomy time; ④Patients with tracheoesophageal fistula and main bronchus malformation.
