To investigate whether IL4 inhibits osteoclast differentiation and leads to OPLL through the NF-κB signaling pathway

纳入标准：

1.合并OPLL及非OPLL的颈椎病
2.有手术指证，无手术禁忌，同意行手术治疗

Inclusion criteria

1. Cervical spondylosis with OPLL and non-OPLL
2. There are surgical indications, no surgical contraindications, and consent to surgical treatment

排除标准：

1.合并其他钙代谢相关疾病
2.无手术指证或存在手术禁忌

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with other calcium metabolism-related diseases
2. There is no indication for surgery or there is a contraindication to surgery
