比较Q值调整的个体化切削与常规准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术治疗近视的临床疗效  

Objectives of Study：

To make comparison of the results from the Q-factor customized aspheric ablation profile with that from the conventional ablation profiles for the correction of myopia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

近视度数小于-10.00D,散光度数小于-2.00D，最佳矫正视力大于0.8

Inclusion criteria

1. Manifest refractration less than -10.00D;
2. Astigmastic errors less than -2.00D;
3. Best-corrected visual acuirities more than 0.8.

排除标准：

任何眼病史，年龄小于18岁，圆锥角膜，中央角膜厚度小于500μm，残留基质床厚度小于280μm

Exclusion criteria：

1. Any pathology of the eyes;
2. Asymmetric astigmatism detected in corneal topography;
3. Central corneal thickness less than 500μm and residual stromal thickness of less than 280um.
