研究目的：

本研究采用回顾性研究，评价研究中医药干预是否临床转归之间的关系，评价服用中药情况和与结局之间的关系（核酸转阴时间和住院天数，等），提升中医药疫情救治能力，为进一步的防治研究提供科学参考。  

Objectives of Study：

This study adopts a retrospective study to evaluate the relationship between TCM Intervention and clinical outcome, and the relationship between the use of TCM and the outcome (nucleic acid negative time and hospital stay, etc.), so as to improve the ability of TCM epidemic treatment and provide scientific reference for further prevention and treatment research.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

通过回顾性的分析整理数据，将患者分为规范化暴露组与非规范化暴露组 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The all COVID-19 cases was divided into two groups, including Chinese tradition medicine treatment with syndrome differentiation treatment(TCM class SDT group, in fact, this intervention program was provided to mild cases in cabin B and cabin C), and TCM class non SDT without Chinese tradition medicine treatment or with Chinese tradition medicine treatment without syndrome differentiation treatment( in fact, this intervention program was provided to mild cases in cabin A and cabin D). 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄大于等于2岁。（2）新冠病毒无症状感染者和轻型确诊病例。

Inclusion criteria

(1) age over 2 years old and (2) confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection meeting the diagnostic criteria for mild type COVID-19.

排除标准：

（1）既往3个月内或正在参与其他临床试验者，（2）严重的疾病或48小时内死亡的病例。(3)严重的精神病。（4）怀孕的妇女或哺乳期的女性。（5）其他条件，如，正常参加其他的临床研究等。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients who can not take care of themselves; (2) aggravated disease progression or death within 48 h after admission; (3) severe psychiatric disorder; (4) pregnant or lactating women; (5) other conditions, e.g., taking other herbs or participating in other clinical trials, drug withdrawal during treatment.
