研究目的：

1、随访观察缝线桥技术治疗肩袖损伤内排打结与否的手术效果及术后并发症的发生情况；2.评判缝线桥技术内排不打结是否预后更佳及术后并发症发生率更低。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To observe the effect of suture bridge technique in the treatment of rotator cuff injury and the occurrence of postoperative complications; 2. evaluate whether the suture bridge technique has better prognosis and lower incidence of postoperative complications.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）术中确认肩袖全层撕裂患者；2）初次接受手术治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1) The patients with full-thickness rotator cuff tear were confirmed during operation; 2) Initial surgical treatment.

排除标准：

1）不可修复的巨大肩袖撕裂；2）慢性损伤，病程大于6月；3）二次手术治疗；4）孤立的肩胛下肌、小圆肌撕裂；5）合并肩关节脱位或骨折。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Irreparable large rotator cuff tear; 2) Chronic injury, the course of disease is more than 6 months; 3) Second operation; 4) Isolated tear of subscapular muscle and teres minor muscle; 5) Combined with dislocation or fracture of shoulder joint.
