研究目的：

本课题旨在研究鼠神经生长因子在早产儿、极低出生体重儿中应用是否能降低脑损伤发生，促进脑白质的发育成熟，以及能否改善脑功能、减少神经系统后遗症发生。并评价鼠神经生长因子相同剂量，不同给药疗程在早产儿中应用的疗效和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Preterm infants are vulnerable to brain injuries. Nerve growth factor (NGF) is the first discovered neurotrophic factor. To evaluate the effect and safety of mouse NGF on brain development in premature infants during the neonatal period.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

?1、胎龄＜32周,体重<1.5 kg早产儿，男女不限；
?2、同意在入组观察期间进行脑电图、脑干听觉诱发电位、核磁共振评估；
3、家属已阅读了受试者须知，同意并签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Gestational age of 28-32 weeks, birth weight <1500g, male and female; 2. Agreed to undergo evaluation of brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP), head magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and diffusion tensor imaging (DTI); 3. The family members read the instructions and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

1、目前正参加其他临床研究或在近一个月内参加过其他临床研究的患者；
2、正接受其他神经系统药物治疗的患者；
3、严重的肝肾疾病、血液系统疾病、自身免疫病、慢性严重感染等；
4、对鼠神经生长因子过敏者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Premature infants received other neurological medications during hospitalization; 2. Premature infants were found to have craniocerebral injury (intracranial hemorrhage, periventricular leukomalacia, ischemic hypoxic encephalopathy) by ultrasound examination once a week during hospitalization; 3. Premature infants were found to have severe liver and kidney diseases, blood disorders, autoimmune diseases and chronic and severe infections. 4.Allergic to mNGf
