研究目的：

本研究旨在探索互动式死亡教育对老年慢性病患者及其家属死亡态度、死亡应对能力、幸福感、家庭关怀度和满意度方面的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose is to explore the effects of interactive death education on death attitudes, death competence, happiness, family care and satisfaction of elderly patients with chronic diseases and their families.

纳入标准：

患者纳入标准：
1.年龄≥70岁；
2.患有1种及以上慢性病，符合相应慢性病疾病诊断标准并均在二级以上医院确诊；
3.预计生存时间大于6个月；
4.至少有一名作为主要照顾者的家属；
5.常住武汉市区；
6.自愿参加本研究。
家属纳入标准：
1.患者的主要照顾者之一（与患者同住或过去的一个月内每周至少探望患者两次）；
2.自愿参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for patients:
1.aged 70 years or older;
2.with one or more kind of chronic diseases, meet the corresponding diagnostic criteria for chronic diseases and have been diagnosed in hospitals above grade ii;
3.the estimated survival time is more than 6 months;
4.having at least one family member as the primary carer;
5.permanent residents of Wuhan;
6.volunteer for this study.
Inclusion criteria for family members:
1.one of the primary caregivers of the patient (living with the patient or visiting the patient at least twice a week in the past month);
2.volunteer to participate in this study.

排除标准：

患者排除标准：
1.意识不清者；
2.处于疾病加重期或终末期者；
3.有视觉、听觉及认知障碍，不能进行良好语言沟通者；
4.有精神障碍，不能配合本研究者；
5.正在参加、近半年参加过类似研究或拒绝参加者。
家属排除标准：
1.有视觉、听觉及认知障碍，不能进行良好语言沟通者；
2.有精神障碍，不能配合本研究者；
3.研究期间住院治疗者；
4.护理员等领薪照顾者；
5.正在参加、近半年参加过类似研究或拒绝参加者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for patients:
1.unconscious;
2.in the stage of disease aggravation or terminal stage;
3.with visual, auditory and cognitive impairment and cannot communicate well with others;
4.unable to cooperate with the researcher due to mental disorder;
5.who are participating in or have participated in a similar study in the past six months or who refuse to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria for family members:
1.with visual, auditory and cognitive impairment and cannot communicate well with others;
2.unable to cooperate with the researcher due to mental disorder;
3.those hospitalized during the study period;
4.nursing workers and other salaried caregivers;
5.who are participating in or have participated in a similar study in the past six months or who refuse to participate in this study.
