研究目的：

采用最新的GLIM全球共识对住院或门诊心衰患者的营养状况进行评估，探索心衰患者的营养不良发生率及营养不良与患者临床结局的关系，同时设置暴露组和非暴露组，观察营养支持对营养不良心衰患者临床结局的影响，为后续心衰患者的临床管理提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

The latest GLIM criteria were used to evaluate the nutrition status of inpatient or outpatient heart failure patients, to explore the relationship between malnutrition and clinical outcomes. At the same time, exposed groups and non-exposed groups were set. To observe the impact of nutrition support on the clinical outcomes of malnourished heart failure patients and provides a reference for the clinical management of heart failure patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(１)患者及家属知情同意；(２)年龄≥18周岁； (３)神志清楚能配合完成营养评估或家属能配合完成

Inclusion criteria

(1) informed consent of patients and families; (2) age ≥18 years; (3) clear consciousness able to cooperate with the nutritional assessment or family members able to cooperate with nutritional assessment.

排除标准：

(１)住院时间≤24小时；（2）存在严重的认知或神经缺陷患者；（3）合并恶性肿瘤；（4）严重肝肾功能不全；(5)急性重大损伤、闭合性颅脑损伤等；（6）妊娠或哺乳期女性；（7）资料缺失或不完整者；（8）研究者认为不宜参加的研究对象。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Hospitalization time ≤ 24 hours; (2) Patients with severe cognitive or neurological deficits; (3) Malignant tumors; (4) Severe liver and kidney insufficiency; (5) Acute major injury, closed craniocerebral injury etc.; (6) Pregnant or lactating women; (7) Those with missing or incomplete data; (8) Research subjects who are considered unsuitable for participation by the researchers.
