研究目的：

阐明脾气虚证工作记忆异常的神经心理学机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To indicate neuromechanisms underlying working memory decline in patients with spleen-qi deficiency syndrome.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）亚健康脾气虚证的入组标准：①符合中华中医药学会发布的《亚健康中医临床指南》对亚健康的定义；②符合《中药新药指导原则》中脾气虚证的证候标准；③右利手；④ 18-40 岁之间；⑤高中以上文化程度；⑥简易韦氏智商测试＞80；⑦简明精神评价量表（BPRS）< 35，焦虑自评量表（SAS）＜50，抑郁自评量表（SDS）<50；⑧近 2 周内未服用治疗性药物；⑨无 MRI 检查禁忌症。
(2)正常对照的入组标准：①右利手；②年龄 18-40 岁之间；③高中以上文化程度；④简易韦氏智商测试＞80；⑤无器质性及显著功能性疾病，无亚健康症状表现；⑥无任何神经或精神系统家族遗传病史；⑦近 2 月来未服用任何兴奋性药物；⑧无磁共振检测禁忌

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria of spleen-qi deficiency syndrome group: meet the diagnostic criteria for subhealth and spleen-qi deficiency syndrome according to clinical guidelines for subhealth TCM and guiding principles for new Chinese medicines, right-handed, aged from 18 to 40 years; BPRS < 35, SAS<50, SDS< 50; mo medication within two weeks; no chronic painful diseases such as migraine, dysmenorrhea etc..
Inclusion criteria of healthy control group: right-handed, aged from 18 to 40 years, who has been proved to be in good health by physical examination, no family history of psychiatric and neurological disorders, no excitatory drugs have been taken in the past two months.

排除标准：

排除标准：①器质性疾病患者；②不能理解配合检查；③在 MRI 扫描中发现严重的头颅解剖结构不对称或有明确病变者。

Exclusion criteria：

Organic diseases; Any other health problems or poor physical conditions that may influence participation; Any other brain structure damage or abnormalites identified by MRI examinations; Any history of alcohol or drug dependency; Any MRI contraindications.

纵向研究采用随机、双盲、对照研究设计，按 1:1 的比例，用 SAS 统计分析系统生成随机数字表，按随机数字表，将对应的分组代码装入信封并密封（拆封后不可复原）。按顺序号依次纳入受试者,依据信封内的分组代码，将亚健康脾气虚证患者随机分配到 2 组，每组 30 例，
