研究目的：

探讨延迟断脐对阴道分娩的双胞胎婴儿的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of delayed cord clamping on twins by vaginal delivery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.双绒双羊双胎；
2.阴道产。

Inclusion criteria

1. Double velvet double sheep twins;
2. Vaginal birth.

排除标准：

1.癌症；
2.母亲血液系统疾病或中重度贫血，血质素水平<99；
3.严重肝肾功能疾病；
4.重度子痫前期；
5.影响胎儿血液及胆红素代谢的疾病：胎盘早剥，前置胎盘，前置血管破裂等；
6.双胎输血综合征；
7.产后发现畸形者（不包括外观轻度畸形）；
8.顺转剖；
9.阴道分娩禁忌症；胎死宫内；急性胎儿宫内窘迫；一胎死亡。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cancer;
2. The mother's blood system disease or moderate to severe anemia, blood quality level <99;
3. Severe liver and kidney disease;
4. Severe preeclampsia;
5. Diseases affecting fetal blood and bilirubin metabolism: placental abruption, placenta previa, rupture of blood vessels previa, etc.;
6. Twin-twin transfusion syndrome;
7. Postpartum deformity found (excluding mild deformity in appearance);
8. Shunt dissection;
9. Contraindications for vaginal delivery; intrauterine stillbirth; acute intrauterine distress; first-born death.
