探索使用地塞米松麻痹肌局部注射治疗神经炎性麻痹性斜视，观察其治疗效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the use of local injection of dexamethasone palpebral muscle to treat neuroinflammatory paralytic strabismus and observe its therapeutic effect.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

自2019年8月到2021年8月两年间到我院就诊的神经炎性麻痹性斜视患者，确诊根据典型症状体征及辅助检查同视机、三棱镜、四孔灯、Hess屏等。

Inclusion criteria

From August 2019 to August 2021, patients who came to our hospital for neuroinflammatory paralytic strabismus were diagnosed according to typical symptoms and signs and auxiliary examinations, such as the same machine, prism, four-hole lamp, Hes screen.

排除标准：

有全身性症状者（颈部以下有肌力减退者），对治疗方案不支持者，无法按时完成随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

Those with systemic symptoms (with hypothyroidism below the neck), who are not supportive of the treatment plan, are unable to complete the follow-up on time.
