探究围手术期肺康复对肺癌术后并发症、肺功能和生存质量的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effectiveness of pre- and post-operative physiotherapy on the complication incidence, pulmonary function and quality of life after lung cancer surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

a) 通过病史、临床症状、影像学及病理结果确诊为肺癌的患者；
b) 年龄18-80岁；
c) 活动状态Karnfsky（KPS）评分≥60分，预计生存期＞6个月；
d) 手术方式为微创手术；
e) 认知功能正常，能够配合康复训练；
f) 同意参加本试验并签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1. diagnosed with lung cancer through medical history, clinical symptoms, radiographic assessment and pathological results;
2. aged 19-80;
3. Karnfsky >=60 and estimated survival period >6 months;
4. treated with minimally invasive lung cancer surgery;
5. with normal cognitive function and be able to cooperate with the rehab training;
6. agreed with the participation in the current trial and signed the consent form.

排除标准：

a) 拒绝接受随机分组的患者；
b) 存在严重肢体活动障碍，不能配合训练的患者；
c) 存在其他严重躯体性疾病，不能耐受训练的患者；
d) 存在严重认知、精神疾患的患者；
e) 此前参加过同类研究

Exclusion criteria：

1. refused the randomization;
2. with severe limb dysfunction and cannot cooperate with the rehab training;
3. with severe systemic diseases and cannot cooperate with the rehab training;
4. with severe cognitive and mental dysfunctions;
5. participation in other trials previously.
