不同硬膜外用药方案在分娩镇痛的应用对母婴结局的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To review the effect of different epidural drug regimens in labor analgesia on maternal and infant outcomes in our department

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.美国麻醉医师学会ASA分级I-III级。
2.年龄 18-40 岁，孕周在37周～42周之间；
3.产前检查骨盆外测量值正常，且产科医生明确具有经阴道分娩的条件

Inclusion criteria

1. American Society of Anesthesiologists ASA classification I-III.
2. Age 18-40 years old, gestational age between 37 and 42 weeks;
3. The measurement values outside the pelvis are normal in the prenatal examination, and the obstetrician clearly has the conditions for vaginal delivery

排除标准：

1.合并有严重消化系统疾病、心脑血管疾病、风湿系统疾病病史者；
2.引产
3.胎儿生长受限，先天性异常
4.正在参加其他临床研究者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a history of severe digestive system diseases, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and rheumatic system diseases;
2. Induction of labor
3. Fetal growth restriction, congenital abnormalities
4. Participating in other clinical investigators

收集2019年1月到2025年1月在安徽医科大学第一附属医院高新院区产科中心行椎管内分娩镇痛的产妇临床及实验室资料。根据不同的用药方案将产妇分为B组和R组。B组采用0.1%布比卡因进行硬膜外分娩镇痛，R组采用0.15%罗哌卡因进行硬膜外分娩镇痛。
