研究目的：

该研究主要是看导致产后大出血的因素有哪些，以及这些因素对产后大出血的影响以及产后大出血产妇的特征，以便于临床医生及麻醉医生早期识别导致产后大出血的相关特征，可以早期预防，减轻产后大出血对产妇的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This study mainly looks at the factors that lead to massive postpartum hemorrhage, the influence of these factors on postpartum hemorrhage, and the characteristics of mothers with postpartum hemorrhage, so that clinicians and anesthesiologists can identify the relevant characteristics of postpartum hemorrhage early, which can prevent and reduce postpartum hemorrhage. Maternal impact of massive bleeding.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

出血量大于1000ml，胎盘正常的产妇，子宫正常的产妇，凝血功能正常的产妇。

Inclusion criteria

The bleeding volume is more than 1000ml, the parturient with normal placenta, the parturient with normal uterus, and the parturient with normal blood coagulation function.

排除标准：

出血量小于1000ml，胎盘结构或功能异常的产妇（前置胎盘、低置胎盘、胎盘早剥、胎盘植入等），子宫畸形的产妇，凝血功能障碍的患者，其他导致产后大出血的因素（如胎位不正、高龄等）

Exclusion criteria：

Women with bleeding less than 1000ml, abnormal placenta structure or function (placenta previa, low placenta, abruption of placenta, placenta accreta, etc.), women with uterine malformations, patients with coagulopathy, and other factors that cause postpartum hemorrhage (such as Improper fetal position, advanced age, etc.)

收集 2017年1月至2021年7月在安徽医科大学附属进行生育的产妇，按照其出血量分为产后大出血组和无出血组。

The puerperae who gave birth in the Affiliated to Anhui Medical University from January 2017 to July 2021 were collected and divided into postpartum hemorrhage group and no hemorrhage group according to their bleeding volume.
