研究目的：

研究成人在经历24h睡眠剥夺后，观察岛叶与其他脑区功能连接的改变，更加精准直观的反映受损脑区，同时进一步丰富岛叶的功能研究。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the changes in the functional connections between the insula and other brain regions after 24 hours of sleep deprivation in adults, it can more accurately and intuitively reflect the damaged brain regions, while further enriching the functional study of the insula.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.右利手；
2.年龄 25-35岁；
3.视力或矫正视力正常；
4.睡眠习惯良好，昼夜节律正常，进行匹兹堡睡眠质量指数 (Pittsburgh sleep quality index, PSQI)，得分<5分。

Inclusion criteria

1. Right-handed;
2. Aged 25-35 years;
3. Normal vision or corrected vision;
4. Good sleep habits, normal circadian rhythm, Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI), score <5 points.

排除标准：

1.近期有急性感染史或感染症状；
2.患有心脏病、神经系统疾病等严重病史；
3.酒精或药物滥用史；
4.有精神疾病史、体内有金属植入物等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There is a recent history of acute infection or infection symptoms;
2. Have a serious medical history such as heart disease and nervous system disease;
3. History of alcohol or drug abuse;
4. There is a history of mental illness, metal implants in the body, etc.
