研究目的：

（1）通过随机对照实验，研究高纯呋喃脂肪酸的摄入对2型糖尿病患者血糖及血脂代谢、炎症反应以及脂质过氧化的影响。 （2）利用非靶向代谢组学分析方法，研究高纯呋喃脂肪酸摄入对2型糖尿病患者血清中代谢物水平的影响及其与血糖代谢的相关性，以确定呋喃脂肪酸是通过何种中间代谢产物对2型糖尿病发挥保护及治疗作用。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) The effects of high purity furan fatty acid intake on blood glucose and lipid metabolism, inflammatory reaction and lipid peroxidation in type 2 diabetic patients were studied through randomized controlled experiments. (2) Untargeted metabolomics analysis was used to study the effect of high-purity furan fatty acid intake on serum metabolites of type 2 diabetes patients and its correlation with blood glucose metabolism, so as to determine which intermediate metabolites of furan fatty acid play a protective and therapeutic role in type 2 diabetes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）空腹血糖≥7.0 mmol/L。空腹的定义为至少八小时内无热量摄入；
2）糖化血红蛋白HbAlc≥7.0%（≥53mmol/mol）；
3）口服糖耐量测试时2小时血糖≥11.1mmol/L；
4）年龄至少40岁。

Inclusion criteria

1) fasting blood glucose >= 7.0 mmol/L.
Fasting is defined as no calorie intake for at least eight hours;
2) HbAlc >= 7.0% ( >= 53mmol/mol);
3) blood glucose >= 11.1mmol/L at 2 hours after oral glucose tolerance test;
4) aged at least 40 years.

排除标准：

1）维生素和矿物质吸收异常（血清维生素或矿物质水平异常，或有临床病史）；
2）在过去3个月内使用维生素和矿物质补充剂；
3）严重的肾脏、肝脏、心脏或精神疾病（糖尿病并发症除外）；
4）有癌症、甲状腺疾病或酗酒史，以及怀孕或哺乳史；
5）在筛检前30天内参加其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1) abnormal vitamin and mineral absorption (abnormal serum vitamin or mineral level, or clinical history);
2) use of vitamin and mineral supplements in the past 3 months;
3) severe kidney, liver, heart or mental illness (except diabetic complications);
4) a history of cancer, thyroid disease or alcohol abuse, or a history of pregnancy or breastfeeding;
5) participate in other clinical trials within 30 days prior to screening.
