研究目的：

揭示高脂血症性胰腺炎和单纯高脂血症患者之间，肠道菌群多样性及丰度的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

To reveal the difference of intestinal flora diversity between patients with hyperlipidemia pancreatitis and patients with hyperlipidemia alone.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 符合2019年《中国急性胰腺炎诊治指南》对高脂性胰腺炎诊断标准；
2. 符合原发性高脂血症诊断标准。

Inclusion criteria

1. It conforms to the diagnostic criteria for hyperlipidemia pancreatitis in the 2019 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis;
2. It conforms to the diagnostic criteria of primary hyperlipidemia.

排除标准：

1. 其他原因引起的胰腺炎；
2. 正在参加或3个月内参加其他临床试验的病例；
3. 近2周口服益生菌、益生元、抗生素等者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pancreatitis from other causes;
2. Those who are participating in or participating in other clinical trials within 3 months;
3. Those who have taken oral probiotics, prebiotics, antibiotics, ect. in the past 2 weeks.
