研究目的：

1.探讨综合营养管理对GDM患者血糖和体重的影响； 2.探讨综合营养管理对GDM患者妊娠结局的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To investigate the effect of comprehensive nutrition management on blood glucose and body weight of GDM patients; 2.To investigate the effect of comprehensive nutrition management on pregnancy outcome of GDM patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄24~40岁；
2.患者确诊为GDM，与美国糖尿病学会指南推荐的GDM诊断标准相符，即空腹、服糖后1小时、2小时血糖，分别定为5.1mmol/L、10.0mmol/L、8.5 mmol/L，一项或以上达到或超过界值即诊断为GDM；
3.单胎、自愿接受管理、配合度高；
4.自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. 24~40 years old;
2. The patient was diagnosed with GDM, which was consistent with the diagnostic criteria for GDM recommended by the American Diabetes Association guidelines, namely fasting, 1 hour and 2 hours after taking sugar, and the blood glucose levels were 5.1 mmol/L, 10.0 mmol/L, and 8.5 mmol/L, respectively. GDM is diagnosed when one or more of the thresholds are met or exceeded;
3. Single child, willing to accept management, high degree of cooperation;
4. Voluntarily signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.妊娠前存在血糖异常病史者；
2.严重肺、肝、肾等疾病者；
3.严重甲状腺功能疾病，治疗困难者；
4.精神疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with a history of abnormal blood sugar before pregnancy;
2. Severe lung, liver, kidney and other diseases;
3. Severe thyroid function disease, difficult to treat;
4. Mental illness.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集：研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，采用Epidata数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍比对，期间若发现问题及时通知监查员，要求研究者做出回答。 数据管理：当所有病例报告表经双份输入并核对无误后，数据库将被锁定。所有原始档案应按相应规定内的期限保存。
