研究目的：

本项目拟通过回顾性观察研究骨性II类的患者在接受不同正颌手术治疗后1年上气道及颞下颌关节的变化与下颌骨移动量的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

To retrospectively study the relationship between changes in upper airway ／temporomandibular joint（TMJ） and mandibular movement in patients with skeletal class II malocclusion 1 year after receiving different orthognathic surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①临床诊断为骨性II类牙颌面畸形（包括下颌发育不足，上颌发育过度，颏后缩等）。
②已过生长发育期。
③正畸正颌联合治疗。
④术前、术后及术后1年左右影像资料（包括CBCT或MSCT，头颅正侧位片）齐全。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients were diagnosed with skeletal class II dentomaxillofacial deformities (including mandibular hypoplasia, maxillary hyperplasia, chin retraction, etc.);
(2) over 18 years of age at the time of the surgery;
(3) combined orthodontic and surgical treatment;
(4) complete radiograph imaging data.

排除标准：

①外伤骨折及其治疗病史，口腔颌面颈部囊肿、肿瘤。
②鼻炎、咽炎、鼻窦炎、扁桃体肥大等上呼吸道疾病。
③有明显的颞下颌关节症状。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) traumatic fracture, the oral and maxillofacial cysts and tumors;
(2) rhinitis, pharyngitis, sinusitis, tonsillar hypertrophy and other upper respiratory diseases;
(3) Patients with significant temporomandibular joint symptoms.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

由专人纳入符合标准的患者，并搜集患者术前、术后及术后1年左右影像资料（包括CBCT或MSCT，头颅正侧位片），由专门的测量及数据分析人员进行指标测量及统计，并录入Excel电子表格，保存于研究者处，；患者临床病史记录为纸质版，主管医师签字后保存于武汉大学口腔医院病案室，以备查阅.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Patients who meet the criteria are included in the study, and the patient's preoperative, postoperative, and postoperative 1 year imaging data (including CBCT or MSCT, positive lateral radiograph) are collected, and the measurement and statistics are performed by specialized measurement and data analysts. The measurements are recorded and saved by researchers with EXCEL. The medical records signed by the doctor in charge are all in print edition, which will be saved in the medical-record department of School and Hospital of Stomatology, Wuhan University.
