①描述老年泌尿系感染的流行病学特征，包括临床特征、病原学特点、转归。 ②建立老年泌尿系感染的风险评估。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) describe the epidemiological characteristics of urinary tract infection in the elderly, including clinical features, etiological features and prognosis. ② To establish the risk assessment of urinary tract infection in the elderly.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

（1）符合导尿管相关泌尿系感染患者诊断标准：
①留置尿管或拔除尿管后 48 h 内出现的尿路感染；对于尿道内、耻骨弓上或
间断留置导尿管的患者。符合 CAUTI 的临床症状和体征：包括新发的或逐渐加
重的发烧，寒战，意识改变，无其他明确原因的嗜睡；侧腹痛；肋脊角压痛；
急性血尿；盆腔部不适；在已经拔除导管的患者中还可能出现排尿困难，尿急
或尿频，或耻骨弓上疼痛或压痛。同时单次导管内或中段尿标本培养出至少 1
种细菌菌落数大于 103菌落形成单位（colony-forming units， cfu）/mL。无
症状 CAUTI 被定义为单次导管内尿标本培养出至少 1 种细菌菌落数大于 105
cfu/ml，同时无一般尿路感染的症状或体征。
②病历资料完整：包括一般情况、病史、实验室及影像学、病原学检查及病情
转归等。

Inclusion criteria

(1) meet the diagnostic criteria for patients with urinary tract infection related to urinary catheter:
① Urinary tract infection within 48 hours after indwelling or pulling out the urinary catheter; For patients with urethral catheter, pubic arch or intermittent indwelling catheter.
Clinical symptoms and signs consistent with CAUTI: including new or worsening fever, chills, change of consciousness and lethargy without other definite reasons; Lateral abdominal pain; Tenderness at the costal angle; Acute hematuria; Pelvic discomfort; Dysuria, urgency or frequent micturition, or pain or tenderness on the pubic arch may also occur in patients who have removed the catheter.
At the same time, at least one kind of bacteria with colony number greater than 103 colony-forming units (cfu)/mL was cultured from urine samples in a single catheter or middle section.
without Symptom CAUTI is defined as at least one bacterial colony with a number greater than 105cfu/ml cultured from a single catheter urine sample, and no symptoms or signs of general urinary tract infection.
② Complete medical records: including general situation, medical history, laboratory and imaging, etiological examination and disease outcome , etc

排除标准：

① 病历资料不完整的患者；
② 不符合导尿管相关尿路感染诊断标准的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with incomplete medical records;
② Patients who do not meet the diagnostic criteria of urinary tract infection associated with catheter.
